You Have Four Coaching/Mentoring Options

Our CEO Coaching and Corporate Success Retainer Program is designed to give CEOs and their management teams one-on-one strategic advice and executive mentoring on financial management, corporate strategy, marketing, strategic planning, sales process, sales management, operations, exit strategies and corporate mergers. The goal of our program is to provide proactive support to the CEO to help them maximize their corporate performance and reach their personal goals.  There are four options to chose from:


Option One

The first option is "email only" coaching. You get my private email address and can send me questions on any subject...and I'll answer them within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

Do you want me to advise you on a new market gap, new IT offering, a key account sale or look at your marketing copy? No problem. Need help with web site lead generation? I'll provide advice. Need someone to help develop a sales value proposition to reposition your firm or advise you on your customer services or operations department client engagement model? I'm here for you.

Your emails will always go to me personally . . . and it's the only way you can have one-on-one contact with me directly.  A minimum 6 month contract is required.

Option Two

Would you like to also have the opportunity to get on the telephone with me four times a month? Email mentoring is great program, but having an IT Business Success Architect respond to your business questions live on the phone . . . is even better.

Clients love the one-on-one interaction that my phone calls give them during live coaching sessions. During these sessions, we can analyze and strategize and develop unique opportunities, concepts, programs and processes to build out success techniques you can use as soon as the call ends -- and many of my clients record the sessions!

Sometimes, in just 20 minutes on the telephone with a client I have changed their entire business model.

In my telephone coaching program, you get four live 1-hour coaching calls with me personally every month in addition to unlimited email coaching.  A minimum 6 month contract is required.

Value Forward 360° Business Success Program

The third option is our 360° Business Model Success Program.  This is a comprehensive, copyrighted, proven process designed to analytically assess business growth potential as compared to best practice methodology.
